Zend Enterprise Web Platform

Zend Enterprise Web Platform is an integration platform designed to provide scalability, security, and observability out of the box for your PHP applications. While it incorporates ZendPHP runtime containers and ZendHQ, it also:

• Integrates with either Apache HTTPD or nginx, with configuration out of the box to consume ZendPHP and provide static content caching.

• Incorporates a Redis-compatible key-value store for providing session clustering and data caching.

• Backs ZendHQ with a highly-available MySQL database to provide longer, reliable data retention.

• Integrates OpenTelemetry, including metrics for all services, and configurable application tracing.

• Aggregates logs using FluentBit.

• Provides out-of-the-box OpenSearch Dashboards for consuming OpenTelemetry and application logs.

At the time of publication, we currently ship and support a Docker Compose variant of the platform, with a Kubernetes implementation using Helm charts coming soon.
