This procedure explains how to edit with AnyEdit from within your text editor.

 

 

Instructions on how to complete a procedure

To use AnyEdit:

  1. In the PHP Explorer, open the project file you wish to edit.
  2. Right-click anywhere within the editor, and select Convert.

  1. From the context-menu, select the AnyEdit action you wish to perform.

Configuring AnyEdit

This procedure explains how to configure the plugin to suit your personal preferences and requirements.

 

 

Instructions on how to complete a procedure

To configure AnyEdit:

  1. From the Menu-bar, select Window | Preferences | AnyEdit Tools.

  1. In the AnyEdit Tools preferences window, configure settings by selecting a tab:
    • Auto-Convert:
      • Top area- Select actions to be performed before buffer is saved.
      • Bottom area- Define or add file filters.
    • Convert tab...: Configure settings for the Convert action performed by AnyEdit.
    • Open...: Configure settings for the Open file action performed by AnyEdit.
    • Save to...: Configure settings for the Save to menu in the Console view.
    • Misc.: Remove Print button from the global toolbar and receive/ give support for AnyEdit.
  2. Click Apply.
