Run Support Tool Menu

The Zend Support Tool is a tool for gathering information about your system configuration and setup. This tool allows the Zend Support Team to solve problems in a more comprehensive and efficient way. Access this menu by selecting Option 40 from the Zend Server Maintenance Menu.

To send a support file for analysis by the Support Team:

Select Option 40 from the Zend Server Maintenance Menu.
Specify the destination directory where the file will be created.
After the file is created it can be sent to Zend Support if the need for support arises.
