Monitor

This area allows you to set the activation options for running code tracing for events:

• Enable Code Tracing - This option makes code tracing available for events. Zend Code Tracing will collect trace information in events that are defined for collecting trace information.
• Disable Code Tracing - This option makes code tracing unavailable for events. Zend Code Tracing is running but no new trace data will be collected even when a new event is triggered. The Manual Trace URL option will remain active.

Important:

If enabled, you will also need to activate Code Tracing for the specific monitoring rule triggering the event you wish to collect trace information for. For more information, see Activating Code Tracing for a Monitoring Rule below, and Working with Monitoring Rules.

How do I activate Code Tracing for an event?

This area allows you to define which events will be deleted in Zend Server's cleanup process, which is run every 24 hours to delete old events:

• Delete any event which did not occur in the last - This option allows you to define how long (in days) must have gone by since the event occurred for it to be deleted during the cleanup process.

This area allows you to define the default triggered action settings for monitoring rules:

• Monitoring rule default email address - A comma-separated list of email addresses for receiving event information from the Zend Monitor.

• Monitoring rule default callback URL - A URL of a customized action to be executed for each event.

Note:

Entering different values for a specific monitoring rule on the New/Edit Monitoring Rules page overrides the default settings set on this page.
