Directives

The Zend Server for IBMi component and PHP directives are named configuration entries which hold a value and are used to configure the behavior of the Zend Components and the PHP extensions loaded in your environment.

The Zend Component directives are displayed on the Configurations | Components page, and also include daemon directives.

Note:

Only applicable for Zend Deployment, Zend Java Bridge, Zend Job Queue and Zend Monitor.

The PHP extension directives are displayed on the Configurations | PHP page, and are grouped according to the PHP extension they are associated with. Unassociated directives are grouped into additional directive groups.

Note:

Some PHP extensions do not have configuration directives. If you select such extension , a "No directives are available for this extension" message is displayed.
