Run Support Tool Menu

The Zend Support Tool is a tool for gathering information about your system configuration and setup. This tool allows the Zend Support Team to solve problems in a more comprehensive and efficient way. Access this menu by selecting Option 3 from the Zend Server 8 for IBM i Setup Menu.

To send a support file for analysis by the Support Team:

Select Option 3 from the Zend Server 8 for IBM i Setup Menu.
Specify the destination directory where the file will be created.
After the file is created it can be sent to Zend Support if the need for support arises.
