This menu allows you to control your Zend Server for IBMi subsystem, Apache web server, Monitor, Java Bridge daemon and PRNGD job.
Access this menu by selecting Option 5 from the Zend Server 6 for IBM i Setup Menu.
Note:
To apply changes, stop and start the Zend Server for IBMi subsystem by selecting Options 2 (start) and 1 (stop) on the System Management Menu.
Starts the Zend Server process.
Stops the Zend Server process.
Shows the performance and status information for Zend Server jobs in ZENDVSR6 and QHHTTPSVR subsystems that are currently active on the system.
Starts Apache.
Stops Apache.
Restarts Apache
Shows Zend Server Apache instance log directory which contains Apache access and error logs.
Manages the Zend Server daemon.
The Zend Server Daemon Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start Zend Server daemon - Starts the Zend Server daemon.
2. Stop Zend Server daemon - Stops the Zend Server daemon.
3. Restart Zend Server daemon - Restarts the Zend Server daemon
Manages the Zend Deployment daemon.
The Deployment Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start Deployment daemon - Starts the Deployment daemon.
2. Stop Deployment daemon - Stops the Deployment daemon.
3. Restart Deployment daemon - Restarts the Deployment daemon
Manages the Monitor daemon.
The Monitor Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start Monitor - Starts the Monitor daemon.
2. Stop Monitor - Stops the Monitor daemon.
3. Restart Monitor - Restarts the Monitor
Manages the Java Bridge daemon
The Java Bridge Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start Java Bridge - Starts the Java Bridge
2. Stop Java Bridge - Stops the Java Bridge
3. Restart Java Bridge- Restarts the Java Bridge
Manages the Job Queue daemon.
The Job Queue Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start Job Queue - Starts the Job Queue daemon
2. Stop Job Queue - Stops the Job Queue daemon
3. Restart Job Queue- Restarts the Job Queue daemon
The PRNGD (ZC_STR_PRN) job Management Menu includes the following options:
1. Start PRNGD (ZS_STR_PRN) job - Starts the job
2. Stop PRNGD (ZS_STR_PRN) job - Stops the job
