PHP Demo Scripts for IBMi

To help IBMi developers get quickly acquainted with PHP, Zend Server allows you to install an application that includes example PHP scripts and applications.

The application contains two sections:

• Simple PHP usage and database connectivity usage
• PHP XMLSERVICE Toolkit demo scripts

The demo scripts can be used on Windows as well, allowing you to develop your application on Windows and deploy it on IBMi.

Note:

The application depends on the PHP XMLSERVICE Toolkit library, which is bundled with Zend Server for IBMi, and on Windows needs to be deployed separately. For installation instructions, see Deploying Demo Scripts on IBMi and Deploying Demo Scripts on Windows.
